It was a quiet little place. Reasonably large and fairly quiet room - bed was very comfy. Location: the hotel was near great beer garden and atmosphere, and Norwich railway station. Stayed in this property for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice.
Definitely, there was food missing.

The place is fairly clean and extremely convenient. The staff is very very nice, pleasant. The units are new-fashioned, neat. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV are available. The location it offers is particularly good, near to great beer garden and atmosphere, railway station and riverside, and Norwich. This is a hotel go-to for Norwich!

I enjoyed being able to explore the nearby area and take in the view of the river. Despite a few minor drawbacks, my overall experience was positive and I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is a major advantage as it is conveniently situated next to the train station, making it ideal for those who want to explore the city or catch a train to nearby destinations. Additionally, being close to the city center means that there is easy access to a variety of bars and restaurants in the area.
The hotel lacks in certain areas such as customer service. Some guests reported a lack of staff presence upon arrival and during their stay, which can be frustrating for those in need of assistance or facing any issues during their stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a two-minute walk from the railway station. I needed a quiet and clean place for a work trip, and the hotel provided just that. Despite checking in late at 9pm and leaving early at 4.45am, the staff were accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised to find an en-suite bathroom and coffee making facilities in the room, along with an alarm clock. the value for money was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay in its convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Cons: All was good 👍.
